back orders & out of stock
we do our best to ensure that the items listed for sale on this site are indeed available. on the rare occasion we are sold out of the item you wish to purchase, we will email you within 2 business days to advise you on when we expect to have the item back in stock or to suggest an alternate item.
if you are not 100% satisfied with the look, feel or fit of your hyde purchase, we will happily exchange it for you within 10 days of your online purchase. we do not accept returns. we do not accept exchanges on items purchased from hyde at festivals, conferences, etc. only full price items may be returned for an exchange and they must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. after 10 days, all sales are FINAL. no price adjustments. all sales final on sale merchandise.
you are responsible for any return shipping costs. hyde is not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

hyde processes all credit card transactions through a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. if you do not feel comfortable placing an order online, please feel free to call us at 646.330.4646 and we will help you over the phone.
unless otherwise instructed, we ship via UPS ground service. please provide us with a street address on your order (UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes). in the case of international orders, customers are responsible for any taxes/duties/brokerage fees that they may incur upon receiving their order.
