What are your goals as a teacher?
To teach every student that the journey is actually theirs not mine and my role is to help them see their own strength to own that journey, on and off the mat.
What does organic mean to you?
How has yoga changed your life?
It has taught me to slow down, to listen to my inner self, and to not be afraid to release it all on the mat.
Besides yoga, what do you do to keep a healthy lifestyle?
I cycle, take strength training classes, and give myself no meeting zone hours so that I have time to tap into my own creative mind.
