What are your goals as a teacher?
To invite everyone to pay attention to how they move in their body and therefore how they move in this world.
Who/what inspired you to teach yoga?
My teacher, Annie Carpenter, inspired me to keep being curious and that path continued to lead me to teach.

What keeps you practicing?
The faith that I know yoga really does make me feel more connected in my body, a happier human being and this life a more peaceful experience.
If you weren't a yoga teacher, what would you be?
I can't imagine doing anything different right now.
Tell us something most people do not know about you.
I was a competitive runner and dreamed of racing in the Olympics.
What advice would you give someone just beginning yoga?
Be patient and laugh often.
What does organic mean to you?
Authentic. Original. Simple and Clean.
How has yoga changed your life?
Yoga has made me more grounded and a more compassionate person to myself and others.
Besides yoga, what do you do to keep a healthy lifestyle?
Don't sweat the small stuff, laugh often and enjoy time with loved ones, bask in the quiet moments, and spend as much time at the beach as I can.
