our pieces run true to size. please contact us if you’d like any specific measurements before placing an order. all purchases are exchange only or final sale if marked as such.

back orders & out of stock

we do our best to ensure that the items listed for sale on this site are indeed available. on the rare occasion we are sold out of the item you wish to purchase, we will email you within 2 business days to advise you on when we expect to have the item back in stock or to suggest an alternate item.

exchange policy

if you are not 100% satisfied with the look, feel or fit of your hyde purchase, we will happily exchange it for you within 10 days of your online purchase. we do not accept returns. we do not accept exchanges on items purchased at festivals, conferences, pop up shops, etc. only full price items may be returned for an exchange and they must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. after 10 days, all sales are are FINAL. all sales are FINAL on sale merchandise.

at the moment, hyde does not provide free shipping on exchanges. please note your order number and mail your exchange to:

hyde respects your privacy; we will not sell or share any of your information with a third party. any information you provide us will remain confidential.


hyde processes all credit card transactions through a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. if you do not feel comfortable placing an order online, please feel free to call us at 646.330.4646 and we will help you over the phone.

shipping policy

unless otherwise instructed, we ship via UPS ground service. please provide us with a street address on your order (UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes). in the case of international orders, customers are responsible for any taxes/duties/brokerage fees that they may incur upon receiving their order.
