One of our proudest achievements, besides of course our clothes themselves, is the community of expert teachers who believe in what — and why — we do.
Earlier this month we held our Comfort in Truth summit, featuring three yoga teachers from different regions of the country and with different areas of expertise. We’re now excited to share more of these teachers’ work.
Meet Giulia Pline. A classically trained dancer with a BFA from the Boston Conservatory, Giulia’s extensive studies in movement and anatomy — kinesiology, physiology and biomechanics — make her one of the most physically adept teachers we know.
One of the silver linings of sheltering-in-place is the opportunity to connect with teachers outside our usual orbit, and Giulia’s online offerings are one of our favorite new discoveries. She and three other master teachers in the New York area have just launched Single Point Yoga, an on-demand, subscription-based yoga collective — at an affordable price. As featured in The New York Times, they offer:
• Over 70+ hours worth of content with new material uploaded regularly
• Modern vinyasa classes
• Self Myofascial Release / Resistance Band Work
• Restorative and Gentle practices
• Drills & Skill Builders
• Pranayama, Chanting & Philosophy Discussions
